  • If you're looking for a cultural attraction that is truly unique, Central Greece has something special to offer – the ancient city of Delphi.
    Considered by the Greeks to be the navel of the world, this archaeological site is home to some of the most important ruins in all of Greece. Don't miss out on seeing Castalia Fountain and Apollo's Temple, both located within walking distance from each other at Delphi. And if you want to learn more about these historical wonders, be sure to visit the nearby museum as well!
  • The heroic Thermopylae, close to Kamena Vourla, reminds us of the sacrifice made by Leonidas and his 300 Spartans. This is a powerful reminder of the courage and selflessness that can be shown in times of great danger.
  • The Byzantine monastery of Osios Loukas, in Viotia, with its renowned mosaics. It's another UNESCO World Heritage site.
  • Panagia Prousiotissa in Evritania, with its famed icon of the Virgin Mary that attracts thousands of pilgrims every year. So if you're looking for some beautiful and historically significant monasteries to visit in Greece, be sure to check out these two.
  • Mt. Parnassos, known as the "mountain of light" and one of Greece's most renowned national parks! Amongst to dozens of trails, there is the one leading to famous Corycian Cave - where nymphs were worshipped, and Pan was revered in ancient times.
    Following in the footsteps of ancient worshipers, hikers can now take a beautiful path from the cave to Delphi. This route is part of the modern E4 European long-distance path, which starts at the Delphi Archaeological Museum and takes about 3.5 hours to complete.
  • Pantavrechi [always raining], in Evritania for “serious” hikers. If you're looking for an amazing hiking experience, and want to find something that's truly unique, then head to Pantavrechi. This gorge is well-known for its exotic landscape, and it remains largely undiscovered by most tourists.
  • And for the winter lovers, we have do beautiful ski resorts one at Mt Parnassos [near Delphi] and one at Mt Tymfristos [near Karpenisi]
